Q. I would like to order Growing Together or Growing Up as a gift for someone. How can I do that?

A. Please call Growing Child Customer Service (800) 927-7289 to order Growing Together or Growing Up as a gift.


Q. Can I have a product delivered outside the United States?

A. Yes, but additional shipping charges will apply unless your shipping address is a military post office (APO/FPO). Please call Customer Service at (800) 927-7289 to place orders for non-APO/FPO addresses that are outside of the US and Canada.


Q. What is the extra shipping fee for shipping outside the United States?

A. There is an additional shipping fee for any product sent to Canada. These are indicated on the product order forms. Fees for shipments to other counties are determined for each individual case. Please call Customer Service at (800) 927-7289 if you would like an estimate. There is no additional fee for shipping to overseas military post offices (APOs/FPOs).


Q. What is your warranty/guarantee?

A. All of our materials are unconditionally guaranteed - your money back if you're not satisfied. You have nothing to lose and everything to learn.


Q. I don't want to provide some of the personal information requested by the on-line ordering system. Can I still place an order with Growing Child? If so, how do I proceed?

A. We ask for your email address and telephone number in case we have difficulty placing your order, such as a problem with the credit card number. However, we do not require this information for you to place your order. For fulfilling the email subscription that is a free bonus with Growing Child books, we need to obtain your email address (or the email address of the gift recipient) and the date of birth of the children in the family. However, this information need not be provided to us when placing an order, as the books include instructions for how to sign up for this bonus on line.

The email address of each gift recipients is requested but is not required to be provided. However, your email address and child's birth date are essential for us to provide you with a free instant issue of Growing Child that can be requested via our home web page. The child's birth date also is essential for fulfillment of any postal mail subscription to Growing Child.

Q. Does Growing Child accept purchase orders?

A. Yes! Purchase orders may be used with our on-line ordering system.


Q. Can I pay for my on-line order other than with a credit card?

A. Yes. Presently, only credit cards and purchase orders may be used with the on-line ordering system. If you wish to pay by other means, please discuss this with Customer Service when you place your order by calling them at (800) 927-7289.


Q. I live outside the United States. Can I pay for my order with currency other than US dollars?

A. No. We only accept payments in US dollars.


Q. I wish to purchase one or more Growing Child books as a gift, but I do not know the parent's email address. Will they still be able to get the bonus email subscription? How?

A. Yes, the parents will receive information included with the Growing Child Book(s) about how they can submit their email address to Growing Child to receive the bonus information by email.


Q. Is your on-line ordering secure?

A. Yes. All the forms that request customer information will transmit that information only over encrypted communication channels, known as HTTP over SSL, commonly known as https. All customer information is held confidentially in databases protected by multiple levels of security. For additional information, see our Privacy and Security Policy.


Q. Do you share customer information with any other businesses?

A. No. The information we collect is only used for the fulfillment of orders and maintenance of customer accounts. We will never distribute customer information to any organizations, corporations or information brokers etc. For additional information, see our Privacy and Security Policy.


Q. Will I receive mailings, email, or phone calls from Growing Child if I provide my address, email address or phone number?

A. We will call you only if we have difficulties with placing your order. Order confirmation information and other product information will be sent via email.
